Ascending Sort- A sort of order that sorts text values from A to Zand number values from 1 to 10.
Calculated field- A field in an Access query, form,or report in which the displayed values are the result of calculations performed on other fields.
Concatenation- In Access, joining two values to display them as a single value.
Criteria- A limiting condition, such as "Arizona" or ">100" used in Access queries and filters to show a limited set of records.
Descendig sort- A sort order that sorts text values from Z to A and number values from 10 to 1.
Expression- A formula that calculates a value or defines criteria.
Filter- In Access, one or more criterion that you can apply to a datasheet to display a subset of records. Those records that do not meet the criterion are "filtered out" and are not displayedin the subset of records.
Filter by form- In Access, a filtering technique in which you can type the values for which you want to filterusing a form that contains all the fields in the datasheet.
Filter by Selecction- In Access, a filtering technique in which you select a value or partial value for which you want to filter using the Filter By Selection button.
Select Query- The most common type of queryin Access, the selected query retrieves specific data from one or more tables and displays the results in a datasheet.

Data type- In Access, a field property that determines what type of data the field can contain.
Export- The process of copying data from an Access table or query to another database or to another type of file, such as Exel worksheet.
Field Name- The name by which Access recognizes a data field.
Field Property- A specific attribute of an Access data field, such as name, caption, field size, or input mask.
Import- The process of copying data from another source, such as a database or spreadsheet, into an open Access database.
Input Mask- In Access, a field property that determines display format and limits the type of data that can be entered.
Junction Table- In Access, a table that provides a link between two tables that have a many-to-many relationship.
Link- The connection between a source file and a destination file, or between two tables.
Lookup Field- In Access, a field that looks up a list of values in another table or in a static list, and presents the list of values for data entry selection.
Many-to-many Relationship- In Access, a relationship between two tablesin which each table can have many related records in the other table.
One-to-many Relationship- In Access, a relationship between two tables in which one table (the primary table) can have many related records in the other table (the related table).
One-to-one Relationship- In Access, a relationship between two tables in which each table has only one related record in the other table.
Orphan- In Access, records in the related table (on the "many" side of a relationship)that are left unrelated if their related record in the primary table (on the "one" side of the relationshiop)is deleted or charged so that the relationship its broken.
Primary Key- In Access, one or more fields in a tablewhose values uniquely identify each record.
Primary Table- In Access, the table on the "one" side of a one-to-manyrelationship.
Referential Integrity- A system of rules that Access uses to ensure that relationships between records in related tables are valid, and that you dont accidentally delete or change related data.
Related Table- In Access, the table on the "many"side of a one-to-many relationship.
Relationship- In Access, the association between two tables that share a field with matching values.
Subbdatasheet- In Access, a datasheet that is nested within another datasheet and contains records related to the records in the datasheet in which it is nested.

Database- Acollection of data related to a particular topic. An access database is a single file that contains all the tables, queries, forms and reports for that collection of information.

Database object- Tables , queries, reports, forms, and other objects that are functional parts of access Database

Database window- The window that appears when you first open an Access database. The database window gives you access to all the objects in a database.

Datasheet- In Access, data displayed in a row-and-columnformat in a table, query, or form.

Datasheet view- In access, an object view that displays records in a row-and-column format similar to a spread shee. Daata base view allows you to see many records at the same time.

Design View- In access, an object view that allows you to design and change tables, quaries, forms, reports, and other object.

Field- 1) in word, a special placeholder for changeable information such as the date or time.

2)In access, a field is diplayed as a column in Datasheet view.

Form- An access database object that holds control for entering, edeting, and displaying data from an underlying table or query.

Form view- In Access, an object view that usually displays data or one record at a time, with added graphical elements for easier reading. This view is convenient for entering and edeting data in tables.

Print Preview- A document view that shows how your document will look when its printed.

Query- In access, a database object that shows specific data you want to work with. The data may be drawn from multiple related tables, may have several filters applied, and may include calculated expressions.

Record- In access, a set of information that belongs together, such as a costumers name and address information, or details about a product.

Record Selector- In access, the gray box at the left side of the record in datasheet view or in form view. Click the record selector to select the entire record.

Relational Database- Atype of database in which information is stored in separate but related tables, which allows for nonredundant, more efficient data storage and retrival.

Report- In access, a database object that presents data organized and formatted to your specifications.

Table- 1) in word, a grid made up horizontal rows and vertical columns that is used to order certain information.

2) In access, a collection of data with the same subject or topic. Data are stored in records (rows)and fields (columns).

Two reasons why school have fundraisers is because one they want to collect money for books, supplies and the benefit of having good teachers to teach students greater lessons. The second one to have like party's for example "prom" that a good way to fundraise money or also to make the school more adecuate for the students and the staff.

Column index-The index number in the table array from which the matching value must be turned when using LOOKUP function.
Comment- Text in visual Basic added to code that explains how the code works. It begins with an atmosphere.
Conditional formating- A format, such as cell shading or font color, that Exel automatically applies to a cell or group of cells if a specified condition is true.
Custom filter- A list taken from within a larger list where the only records shown are the rows that meet the criteria you specify for a column.
Data list- A series of worksheet rows that contain related data. The first row of the list has levels for the columns.
Document element- The top-most element in an XML file; it is used to name the table when import into an application.
End-tag- The tag that specifies the end of an element; it is case-sensitive. For example, is an end-tag for the Name field

Interactive data- An HTML file that contains special components that allow browser user to interact with the workbook.
Lookup value- The value to be found in the first column of the table array when using a LOOKUP function.
Named range- A word string of characters that represent a cell, range of cells, formula, or constant value.
Processing statement- A statement in XML format that provides additional application-specific information about the document; it begins and ends with a question mark.
Start-tag- The tag that begins an XML statement; for example, begins the Name file.
Static data- Data appears as it would in Exel, including tabs that users can click to switch between worsheets; howeve, the users cannot change or interact with the data in the browser.
Table array- The table of imformation in which data is looked up when using a LOOKUP function.
VLOOKUP- Afunction that searches for a value in the left-most column of a table, and then returns a value in the same row from a column you specify in the table.
World wide Web Consortium (W3C)- A consortium of commercial and educational institutions that oversees research and promotes standards in all areas related to the World Wide Web.

Macros- An action or a set of actions you can use to automate tasks.

Menus- A list of commands that is contained in one drop-down list available by clicking the title of the menu.

Record Macro- A feature on the Tools menu that allows you to name and record a series of commands for a macro.

Toolbars- Top of a Word document are designed to help you work quickly and efficiently by making the most frequently used features easy access.

Visual Basis Editor- A program within Word and Exel that allows you to edit or delete the commands in a macro.

In this writing process I didn't had to much information about it since april 16 has only one major event happening on this day. I followed the directions and read everything carefully in order to understand it. I went over it many times to actually understand the meaning of LSD and its effect. Step by step i was getting the hang of it and become more easily and clearly that writting a paragraph about it was easy. The ending was kind off hard because i didnt know how to end it but then i mixed everything since the intro to the end of the second paragraph. Making it shorter but ditailed and that was my whole paragraph.

verb- is a word (part of speech) that usually denotes an action (bring, read), an occurrence (decompose, glitter), or a state of being (exist, stand).
Preposition- is a part of speech that introduces a prepositional phrase.
